Own product design across web, native, and the marketing site. Visual and interaction language, accessibility, and brand consistency end-to-end.
Land the first ten UAE pilot schools and build the playbook that scales to a hundred. Procurement-aware, DPO-friendly, willing to fly to schools.

How we hire
We don’t rush. We also don’t drag. No leetcode loops, no panel interviews, no unpaid take-home projects over eight hours.
We respond within five business days — yes-let’s-talk or no-and-here-is-why. We do not ghost. Intro call is 30 minutes with the founder.

60–90 minutes depending on role. Engineers: a technical deep-dive on a real problem. Designers: peer-style critique. GTM: walkthrough of your last three closes.

Real work alongside the founder, 4–40 hours depending on role. We pay your day rate. Scoped so it is useful to us whether or not we hire you.
Within 2 weeks of deep conversation
We talk to two-or-three references you pick. A band-pinned offer lands within five days of completing references.

Compensation philosophy
No tricks. No “competitive” word-games.
No “competitive comp” mystery — the band on the role page is what you get paid.
Four-year vest, one-year cliff. The bet is real and so is the upside.
If we hire you above the band, we move the whole band. We do not create one-off asymmetries.
The first offer is the offer. We do not reward candidates who negotiate over candidates who do not.
We adjust to local cost-of-living. UAE, EU, and US ranges differ.
Bands move up as the company stage moves. Reviewed once a year, transparently.

Yes — all three are open as of May 2026. We expect to close each within two-to-three months once we have the right candidate pipeline.
For Founding Engineer and Founding Designer, yes if needed. For Founding GTM, you need to be UAE-based or relocate within 60 days.
Pre-pilot, founder-team scope. Equity is meaningful at this stage; specifics land in the offer letter.
We have a founder. The Founding roles are senior IC and early lead, not co-founder. We do not expect this to change.
We are optimising for full-time founding-team members. We occasionally take six-month senior contracts; ask if it fits.
