K-12 districts can now plug their existing IdP — Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, or any SAML 2.0-compliant IdP — into CurioPilot per tenant. Signed AuthnRequests for Entra strict mode, Upstash-backed replay cache, bidirectional single-sign-out, just-in-time provisioning, SECURITY-class audit on every login and config change. SP signing material encrypted via FIELD_ENCRYPTION_KEY — never plaintext, never in audit, never returned by GET.
Schools and families can now request a full export of their tenant’s data — every user, every assignment, every submission, every audit row, every Mind Mirror state — packaged as a ZIP with a MANIFEST.json and SHA-256 per CSV. Thirty-seven tenant-scoped collections covered with a 100k-row cap per collection. Cross-tenant PII redacted. GDPR-erased records excluded + listed. Async drainer cron so large exports don’t time out. 24-hour signed URL emailed to school-admin.
Twelve dimensions of curiosity — Phoenix Spark, Wayfinder, Mosaic Mind, and nine more — watched passively as students play, surfaced only as four positive bands: still-growing, blooming, in-flow, shining. Three audiences see their own surface: student Skill Constellation, parent Curiosity Report, teacher Class Skill Map. No leaderboards, no percentile rankings, no “weak” or “struggling” copy anywhere. The four-band rule is pinned by a static drift guard.
Curio’s Lab is the student’s home page — avatar, virtual pet, Sparks counter, Saga timeline, and the Skill Constellation. The catalog lists 13 activity formats from Flashcards through Tower Defense, plus Live Challenges, Boss Arena (weekly class raid), and Party Hub (small-group co-op). Deterministic celebration variants and the no-public-scores Mind Mirror contract throughout.
Every question in the bank with quality ≥ 80 spawns three-to-five AI-generated paraphrases. A class of 30 students sees 30 variants of “What is 7 × 8?” — same answer, different wording. Deterministic assignment per (studentId, bankItemId), so refresh doesn’t shuffle. Generator runs as a five-minute cron; activity creation isn’t blocked. Sibling de-dup is real.
Student-authored prose in the Writing Coach, peer reviews, and reflections is scanned with a pattern matcher (~36 English + ~13 Arabic patterns, under 1ms). Categories: self-harm, suicidal ideation, abuse disclosure, bullying, severe hopelessness, eating disorder, substance use. No LLM on this path — deterministic only. On high-severity hits, the writing flow short-circuits and a redacted alert fans out to school-admins. Alerts never name the student or carry the excerpt.
The CurioPilot Capacitor 8 native app shell is code-complete on develop — 254 tests green, Android debug APK builds end-to-end, iOS SPM resolves cleanly. What’s blocking App Store + Play Store submission is the developer-account enrolment ($99/yr Apple + $25 Google). Once accounts are active, first store submission is 6–8 weeks. In the meantime the web app is live and every feature works on a phone browser.
Every AI call in CurioPilot is gated by TraceLayer: consent verified, names redacted, model + cost recorded, teacher review queued, audit hash signed. The build-time attestation script makes shipping an ungated AI route impossible — CI fails if any new route skips the gates.
On 2026-04-27 we renamed the product. Same team (MoizLabs LLC), same platform, sharper name. Existing accounts migrated automatically; bookmarks redirect; emails from the new domain are signed against the same DKIM keys.
