Is there a free trial for school plans?

Yes — 30 days, all Standard features, up to 50 students. You sign a trial DPA on day 1; on day 30 the trial converts to a quote conversation. No automatic billing, ever.

What counts as one quiz on the Free plan?

One quiz = one AI-generated set of questions (typically 5–15 questions). Reusing a previously-generated quiz doesn't count against the cap. Spark chats are separately metered at 50 / month on Free.

Yes. Family upgrades are instant; downgrades keep premium features until the end of the billing period. School plan changes go through your sales contact and take effect at the next billing cycle.

Discounts for non-profits, charter schools, or low-income districts?

Up to 30% off school plans for verified non-profits and eligible Title-I / UAE Ministry-aligned districts. Talk to sales — we'll send a 1-page eligibility form.

Why AED first? Is USD the same price?

AED is our home currency and the contract currency for UAE schools. USD is shown as a secondary indicator for international visitors and is converted at the published peg. Your invoice currency matches the country of the billing entity.

How does AI token billing work?

Paid school plans include AI tokens under a fair-use cap (~150K tokens per student per year — well above typical use). We notify you at 80% and 95%. Top-up bundles are available; most schools never need them.

What happens if we cancel?

Active data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate; after 30 days it's hard-deleted. You'll get a full export 7 days before deletion. Backup retention is 90 days from cancellation, then purged.

Can we use our own AI model or provider?

We support a per-tenant model cascade (primary, fallbacks) on Standard and above. Customer-deployed models are available on Campus and District as part of the procurement scope.

Are prices guaranteed?

Family pricing is locked for the duration of your subscription year. School pricing is locked for the contract term (1 year on Starter / Standard; 3 years available on Campus). Renewal prices may change with 60-day notice.

Which voice tier do I get?

Accessibility (screen-reader-quality read-aloud) is on every plan. Spark + Create voice is on Family, Standard, and Campus. Premium (ElevenLabs + pronunciation feedback) is on Premium Family and Campus.

Is SSO / SAML tier-gated?

SSO/SAML is on the District plan today. We're rolling it down to Campus mid-2026; existing Campus customers will be migrated at no cost.

What's the 14-day Premium Family trial?

Start on Premium Family with full access for 14 days. On day 14, choose: continue at 89 AED / month, downgrade to any paid tier with no card friction, or fall back to Free with your data intact.
